   I would not recommend Chemistry due to their customer service. I was traveling for business, reserved a table for 10. Paid the deposit. 2 employees could not make it. I tried calling several times prior to the reservation date and was unable to reach a live person. Left several messages and no one called me back. I lost my $200 deposit. Could not cancel the reservation nor change the number of guests. Horrible customer service on their part. When I did finally reach an associate, he was rude and showed no empathy.

   My experience at Chemistry in Hyde Park was unforgettable, thanks to the perfect mix of food, presentation, and service. The tomahawk steak was the highlight of the evening. It was served on a large wooden board with truffle mashed potatoes and charred vegetables, making for a dramatic and visually stunning presentation. The steak itself was cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor, making the meal feel truly special. The Chemistry Glazed Wings were another standout. They were perfectly crispy with a sweet and savory glaze that kept every bite flavorful and satisfying. The Truffle Fries complemented the meal beautifully—crispy, aromatic, and topped with just the right amount of Parmesan and truffle oil. What made the evening even better was the attentive service. Our server went above and beyond, frequently checking in, refilling drinks, and taking the time to explain the dishes in detail. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor elevated the whole experience. Overall, Chemistry delivered on all fronts with exceptional food, thoughtful presentation, and top-tier service. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great dining experience, this spot won’t disappoint.

   I loved my experience from the time I sat down until I left. The food, ambiance, music, and service were top notch. I would definitely patronize this establishment again.

   My friends and I waited on a waitlist to get a table for Chemistry for a few days, got a notification stating we were able to be accommodated for a party of 4 for an evening at 7:30pm. We arrived to the restaurant on time, paid for valet who did not have change, saying he’d go to the store to break a $50 and would find me later🫤 to then be greeted with about 6/7 other people standing in the doorway for us to have an entire speech of “patience is a virtue” from the hostess. He said there was a discrepancy with reservations that evening due to the Mayor imposing with a decent size party. And furthermore, more people spilled into the restaurant receiving the same speech and that we were running on “BP” time and no one was willing to leave their table in a timely fashion. We were then shuffled to the bar area which was not feasible or practical for the amount of people who were being wooed into that area as we all waited. The hostess began to continuously assure us that the waiting parties would be accommodated for their patience and that he anticipated for only a few additional minutes to let people wrap up just to have another contradicting lecture of “patience is a virtue” and that the accommodation for waiting an hour and 10 min was “glass of champagne” when we already paid $81 at the bar for 3 shots 🤦🏽‍♀️ After waiting for 1hr 30min we asked is there any way that we would be moved to a table soon and then we were told an additional 45 min. When we told the staff we didn’t want the “complimentary glass of champagne” but just for the valet to refund us the $20 it was a debacle stating that we were unable to relieve any refunds.  Ultimately we left the restaurant and waited for our car when the valet associate came to us with our refund. 0/5 experience and I’m so displeased with the incident due to us wanting to give this place a try so bad. We left the restaurant not feeling valued and that our business was not appreciated…safe to say we won’t be returning.

   I came here this past Saturday and my experience was not the best. I brought my husband here for his birthday hoping to get the experience I saw on TikTok we wasn't serve with the popcorn nor any bread or butter. We didn’t get any love cards to enhance our experience that’s why I wanted to come. Then they sat us at the smallest table ask for a different table they couldn’t accommodate that. Then to top it off it’s overpriced and I was charged for water unbelievable. Sorry but I will never visit this establishment nor would I recommend it to anyone.

   I enjoyed the ambience and the energy of the place was very inviting. We enjoyed the live music and the waiter cousin Ray was hospitable and engaging. I do think that the prices was a little bit overpriced.

   Top tier experience as always. I love the vibe and service level. Jarod I believe was phenomenal and the male manager is always a time. I forgot how much I loved it. Adding it back to my rotation. That cowboy was soooo good.
