   Great experience! Server was very friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly and food came out quickly. Always a great experience coming here. Highly recommended.

   Food, ambiance, and service were great ! I made a reservation but still had to wait 30 mins. Other than that I would definitely dine again.

   The food here is undeniably fantastic and the one highlights of the evening. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and worth savoring. However, the overall experience left a sour impression Parking was a nightmare, and we ended up having to park in the lot of the shopping center downhill and walk up. No valet!. Our reservation didn’t seem to hold much weight either, as we waited an additional 24 minutes past our scheduled time. While the waiter assigned to our table was attentive and friendly, the same cannot be said for the floor manager. When I attempted to ask a question during his table rounds, the manager stopped, made eye contact, and then turned away to address the table next to ours without a word. This dismissive attitude was shocking, especially in a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end dining establishment. This seemed to extend to the other floor managers, as they made a point greeting every person who was not well dressed, or within large group, but walked past us with fleeting glances, again and again. Which seemed odd, all things considered. We spent $250 on food, drinks, and an addition significant amount for a tip, and that was just for for two people. This is consistent with other upscale restaurants we frequent. However, this restaurant lacked the personal touch and attention to detail that typically elevate a dining experience to this price point. While the food is a standout, the service, especially from management, and lack of polished hospitality detract significantly. For any restaurant to compete at the high-end level, part of that is to make a point to elevate the interaction with the customers. It isn't the random group that drives your establishment, it's building the frequent relationships with first time customers. We may come back for the food, but it will not be the top of our "date night" list when there are equally as good or better places. Food isn't everything, especially in this price range.

   Great restaurant and definitely needed for this area. My steak was perfect and my wife had an amazing sea bass entree. Only problem was that we had a 7:30 reservation and was not seated until 8:10. The restaurant was crowded but no excuse for that.

   Always a great time with good food and a wonderful ambience at this restaurant. The only negative I can say for this particular visit is that we had to wait one hour before getting seated when we had reservations booked for 7:15 PM But, it was overly crowded due to the holiday season.

   Another great dinner. We brought friends for their first time and they luved every thing about it. Food was excellent and Arthur was great as our server. Best steak place around.

   With the exception of a long wait, even with reservation, food and service was absolutely great. We’ll be eating there again soon.

   The dinner was great, as always. We had a 7:45 pm reservation but had to wait an hour and 10 minutes to be seated. That is highly unusual, but they were extremely busy. That should say a lot about the quality of food and service though. The bartenders do well except for making the drink called Old Fashioned. I’ve ordered them here before and the chance they’ll make the drink correctly is about 50/50. Any other drink we’ve ordered here has been made correctly. An Old Fashioned has to be made by someone that has lots of experience and knows what they’re doing. I’m probably a drink snob though. I am pretty particular about this one item, especially when they don’t include the sphere ice cube. I expect the ice cube sphere when I’m paying $20 a drink. Still, I’d have let that little detail go if the drink hadn’t had the kick of gasoline. We both had to ask the bartender for more syrup to thin the drink out, and then ordered something else on the next round. I keep a list in my phone of restaurants and the food/drink items my wife and I need to avoid. For Cherokee Chophouse, the two items we no longer order are Old Fashioned’s and Caesar salads. Their Caesar salads need some work! Everything else you could order from Cherokee Chophouse is top notch. From the sea bass to the steaks, burgers or appetizers, these guys know how to make some great food! We have never had to send anything back and eat there at least once every 3-4 weeks.

    Had reservation for 7:30-waitied an hour in a vey crowded area near the bar. Parking was insane-had to park across street. I understand it was a Friday in December and many large parties-it would have been great if management had reviewed the reservations beforehand. Large parties sat for at least 3 hours and the tables were so limited. It also would have been nice if there was a server taking drink orders in the lobby area-the bar was crowded and you couldn't get a drink. it would have been also nice if the served apps to the people waiting-to hold them over since many people had reservations and were waiting over an hour. Management was helping but didn't offer anything and it would have been nice if they had-like a comped wine or something. The food was excellent but everything is ala carte-so you are just getting meat and then you have to order sides-which is typical for a steakhouse. Valet parking would have helped as well.
