   Our food was not good at all except for the appetizers: pretzel and guacamole.

   I made a reservation via your app because no one answered Chet's phone. They are busy, I get that. Then I had a change of plans and tried to adjust my reservation. Again no answer and no reply to voice mails left. So we went to the restaurant and were told by the person at the podium that he was not sure if he could help us he left to find his boss, went he came back he said that he had a opening in 5 hours. We stated that we had no issue eating at the bar, and were told the bar was reservation only also. There were several open tables and half the bar was empty. We asked to speak to the manager, and he told us that he just finished speaking to them. This one of the servers told him "I have an open table" and he told them to go away. Not sure why the person we spoke to had a huge fake grin the entire time we spoke to him, but it only served to make me angry. My recommendation is that if you have a phone number and an voicemail message saying we will get back to you..... GET BACK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. We had a fine diner just down the street with people that understood what service means. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHET'S

   They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Waited at a table for 15 minutes, no one came by to even take a drink order. Not sure if this was just a bad day, but i wouldn’t recommend going there when it’s busy.

   Such a cute place! Drinks are top notch, food is good, but not amazing. Menu has a good mix of options, recommended the ceviche.

   The restaurant was out of some basics like salad dressing and food choices on the menu and while the server was trying, she was too new to be helpful.

   Chet's is small and cozy with a nice ambiance and cozy furnishings. The menu has a nice variety - there is likely something for everyone in your party. The service was a tad bit slow but not terrible. (I would have liked to see finished plates/bowls/glasses removed from the table for our crowded table of 8) The pretzel and mozzarella sticks on the appetizer menu were good, but the tomato soup was barely warm and lacking flavor. The spring salad was not very flavorful, but the addition of salmon helped. I would give them another try if in the area - they certainly have several things going well.

    The food was bland service, was excellent. Went on Valentine’s Day didn’t have a lot of food options and everything was over priced. But the restaurant looked nice.
