   Everything was great except we got the butter cake to go for dessert and was horrible! Dinner and drinks were great!

   Our server was not great. We’ve never really had great service. But we go for the chips and salsa and flautas! Every time we pass through Sac our family stops at Chevy’s. Come back to Reno!!! Restaurant never too crowded or noisy. Love the margaritas and food.

   Chevys seems to have a continuing staff shortage. Our server was excellent but had to cover so many tables.

   Always loved steak fajitas at Chevy’s. It took them 16 minutes to bring us drinks. There was no salsa ready yet. That took another 10 minutes. The food took 30 minutes and we had no tortillas or silverware. We couldn’t get the server’s attention. Had to keep asking other people. The food was overcooked and tough. There was no guacamole or the corn thing I like so much. I know they were short handed but this was unreasonable. I won’t go back to this one which only leaves the one by the river. Hope it’s better.

   Sat in the bar area for over 20 minutes without any server making contact. Asked a server that walked by who our server was and they said they would find out. Waited another 10 minutes before moving over to the dining room. Once we finally ordered the food was good, but service was still incredibly slow and inattentive. We don’t go there often, but this type of service is normal at this location. Food is really good though.

   Waitress was great and respectful, pretty sure the enchilada is frozen, the cheese on top of it was definitely fake and did not melt in anyway unfortunately.

   Chicken Quesadillas are wonderful! Also love the Chicken Enchilada! Margaritas are also a huge hit!

    First of all, I made a reservation on OpenTable and when I got there, they would not honor it because it was in the bar yet your app allows us to make a reservation for bar seating. The waiter in the bar started arguing with me and rather than cause any issue for him, we made room at two different tables for our large group. Since not everyone was there yet, he made us move from one of the tables because apparently invisible people were beating the door down to sit at that table. No one came to the restaurant and needed that table for around 20 minutes. So rude. Now, let’s talk about the temperature in the restaurant. It was extremely hot. Ridiculous. Next, the food. The rice was old and crunchy, the fish tacos smelled so incredibly rancid and the margaritas barely contained alcohol. Our group used to love this place for girls night, but no more. No thanks.
