   Great place to go but always pretty noisy. I guess part of the ambiance.

   We had a server who didn't show up for a while. When she did show up she took our drink order and our food order. Then left for about 10 minutes. Came back with the drinks and she had 3 other tables (1 was a large party). She kept coming in and waiting on the other tables. We had to keep asking for more drinks. Then we noticed the people that came in after we do, were served and we were still waiting. Then she came over after we were sitting for an hour waiting and said the manager will be over in a minute to talk to us. The manager came over and said we compt part of your meal because the kitchen kept getting our meal wrong. I asked him if our order was ever put in. He replied, yes, they are just having trouble with it. I am not happy with our experience this time at Chevy's.

   Quickly seated even tho it was earlier then booked time. Moderate wait time for meal delivery as restaurant was busy for dinner crowd. Employees were friendly, fresh chips & Salsa & beverages were served promptly . Bar area was quite busy even tho it was 8 pm, televised local sports & our GSW Warriors were playing!

   Unfortunately this location seemed severely understaffed. It took 25 minutes just to get a waiter to come over to our table to put in a drink order. Our food came out before our drinks did but the food was overcooked, burned, or cold. It was not a good experience at a restaurant we usually enjoy going to for its consistency. This may not be the location to go to if you’re looking for a Chevy’s to eat at.

   My fiancé and I had a great experience here last night for dinner. Brenda, our server was amazing and gave great customer service. The food was delicious, and we love the salsa and chips as always. We look forward to coming again.

   Our server barely came around, never given got water refilled. We were there al 1 hour and 45 mins ( not by choice) Food seemed like it was sitting under heat lamps for a long time. Waitress messed up my order and my husband had to wait over 10 mins after everyone else’s food was out, for a his dinner which was a salad. I told them we had an 18th birthday girl and they never came and sang. Tortilla machine was broke.

   We were prompted checked in via my Open Table reservation, actually seated 15 min earlier than scheduled. Fernando was our server & was friendly & courteous. Meal came timely & so was the check, which we redeemed the Bday Xperience Reward. It is a restaurant brand reward program which we love how it works & frequent this location for meals & even work lunches. Happy Hour bar environment creates a nice fun gathering place & drinks & apps are good. Ample parking & Mgr is noticeably present to make sure operating needs are smoothly performed.

    Our evening began by being greeted by the most pleasant young man of a host. We were shown to our table then Jennifer, our waitress greeted us and promptly took our drink orders gave us time to decide on our orders. The bus boy was prompt in bringing chips and salsa to the table for our table of 9. Our order was taken by Jennifer and the food was delivered, all 9 orders correct! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff did a great job in helping us celebrate. I wish I would have gotten the bus boys name, he was personable and timely. But more importantly when I paid my bill at the table I unknowingly dropped a $5.00 bill behind my chair, the bus boy noticed it, picked it up and returned it to me. I didn't see him or the $ but the honesty of this young man was so refreshing in this day and age. I just feel badly that o didn't get his name. I just hope Chevy's management will read this and recognize him for his honesty. Chevy's did a great job in helping us celebrating our friend, Pat's birthday!
