   We were disappointed overall. The service was very good. But, we've dined at many French restaurants both in the US and abroad. The Veal medallions weren't medallions at all but small chucks of meat that didn't taste anything like veal. Further the meat was in a mild gravy that tasted like a canned gravy you can buy at Publix. My wife had the half chicken which was good and moist, but very small for a described half chicken. Our meal started by ordering a French wine at $125, which had turned to vinegar and had to be sent back. In looking around the restaurant and reviewing the wine offerings, I suspect most guests stick to the cheaper wine offerings and it's likely this wine has been sitting on the back room rack past it's life's age. The prices were reasonable, but it is definutely not a fine dining restaurant and maybe that's our fault being from out of town.

   Nice airy space with professionally designed lighting, Bistro menu, expertly chosen wine list (fair mark ups), well trained servers and attentive Chef owner, reminded me of Paris. Chef Guy accommodates GF diners. Outdoor tables, parking out front, convenient location.

   Love this French bistro hidden in a shopping center off Pine Ridge Rd. The inside was LOUD - every table full at 7 pm on a Friday so we opted for a parking lot side table for 2. They’ve tried to dress it up but it’s sidewalk dining tho blissfully quiet. We had a bottle of the Macon Villages Chardonnay$48 with our meal - they don’t have a liquor license. I had the escargot - yum, hubby had the pate, both were good sized and exactly what you’d expect if you were eating in a bistro in Paris. For the main course I had the branzino in a light lemon butter sauce - hubby had the filet and frites. Again, exactly what you’d expect - although Americans would find the serving sizes on the small side. I had the pistachio crème brûlée - the highlight of my meal. I don’t like crème brûlée but this fluffy, smooth dish with its rich salty finish was amazing. Hubby had the chocolate mousse- yep, we’re sitting on a sidewalk in Paris. Meal with generous tip was $240 - pretty reasonable for Naples although you’re in a strip mall. So you seeing him be seen as your thing, this won’t be for you. But if you want an absolutely delicious meal with lovely wine and a reminder of what a Paris bistro experience is then Chez Guy (SHAY GHEE) is for you.

   Amazing French Cuisine! The red snapper is the Very Best! Service is attentive , portions are good size and the prices are reasonable. Wine list is good and they have fine French Champagne for one .
