Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

Neighborhood gem. Good service, friendly atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and the wait staff and host very pleasant. Our meals were delicious and very flavorful.

consistently excellent food. The onion soup is to die for... sooo good. The best we have ever had. my husband had boeuf Bourgignon and loved it. I had orange roughy fish and it was excellent. It is obviously a very popular restaurant and I can see why. The staff are kind, helpful and happy. The food is superb. The location is great with adequate parking.

Excellent service and meals. Did not care at all for the noisy music sound track. In fact, we left early because of it.

We have been going here for the last 10 years and have loved Chez Pierre. This time the salad frisée was bland (did not finish) and the mussels were just so so. Honestly, there are five other French restaurants in the area and we most likely will not be returning here.

We like CP Bistro but I made an ordering mistake - didn't realize until it was served and I didn't want to make a fuss about swapping it out. Spouse loved his branzino! (Skip the chicken)

The food was good but the portion size for the duck was ridiculously small. The sauce was very salty. On the other hand, the amount of mussels was crazy large. Our server had no personality. He never cracked a smile. He was not forthcoming in describing the specials only recited the name that was written on the board.
