   This used to be a go to spot. Now with the new changes not sure what happened. The food is now extremely mid borderline bad. Very disappointing. The service and people are amazing but the food is very very not worth it

   What an amazing place to escape to on a cold winters night. You are transported into a Spanish blend of flavours, music and decor. The bikini sandwich paired with the croquettes are definitely a must and will offer you a knockout punch of flavour. Great place for a 1st, 2nd and 23rd date.

   Juan was friendly and gave good recommendations. It’s not a big menu which usually indicates they’re good at what they do. That surely checks out!

   As you enter you can feel fun and relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive team welcoming, the whole night we were taking care of with extra. The meal was delicious, beautifully presented with perfect portions. The Best place to be

   This is the first time I’ve been in any Michelin noted spot where we were literallly asked to be aware we had to depart in 15-20 minutes to make space for the next seating. Completely ruined the experience.

We do have an allotted seating time of 1.5 hours to accommodate all of our guests, but we always try our best to be flexible when possible. In this case, you were seated at 18:57 and stayed until 21:30; an extra hour beyond the allotted time. With our small space and limited seating, it can be challenging to stray too far from our designated seating times, but we do our best to configure and adjust whenever we can.    The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish. The stuff was extremely friendly and gave us professional advice for choosing tapas and cocktails. The taste of the tapas is like a tapas bar in Spain. I recommend this location if you like good and authentic food.

   Food was delicious however pricing seemed bit high for it. Also, wine prices seemed a bit expensive for a 9oz pour.

   It was my first dining experience at Chica and I loved the service and vibe there. When we entered, we were greeted by the hostess. The General Manager was fantastic! She was very attentive and made sure our service was excellent. She led her staff throughout the evening, from the hostess, to our waiter and bartender, making sure we got everything and our food/drinks were to our satisfaction. My fiancé and I would go back there easily and have another night out at Chica.

    Bar Chica is an absolute gem for Spanish tapas in Toronto. From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the perfect tone for a great dining experience.
