   This was my second visit. The one featured coffee cocktail they had they were out of the coffee beans for espresso. The oyster taco was a no go-out of oysters. When it came time to pay, we were pointed to the QR code to pay. We had to wait for our server to come by because there were 2 items on our check that we did not get. Then we had to split the check. The payment app charges a admin fee to pay your bill!!! The server can simply print out a check to save you the headache and extra fee. Why wouldn’t they do that? It was a disappointing experience.

   We went for brunch and bottomless mimosas for my sister 62nd birthday. No champagne for mimosas and no biscuits for the chicken biscuits not good I recommended this place because I had such a great experience for my birthday but sister did not get the same experience. Somebody didn't do there job properly to make sure you had the supplies for brunch that is only Saturday and Sunday.

   We ordered the guacamole and chips as an appetizer which was very good. We chose the chicken fajita as our shared entree. This dish was disappointing, tasting bland. We wondered if the cook forgot to add the fajita seasoning! Our margaritas weren’t the best; having a watered down taste. I would also add that the meal cost was more pricey than the $$ indicated on Open Table. The best thing about our experience was the attentive service. Considering all, we would not dine there again.

   Food was good to me service was excellent. Sat at the bar. My steak and another guest steak tasted very old. Like is should have been thrown out a few days ago. I am used to steaks that are dry aged tasting a bit aged. I ate half of mines. My guest said that he tasted a tinge in the steak which prompted me to say mines tasted the same. Three weeks ago when I got the steak, eggs and potatoes I did not taste the old steak taste.

   The atmosphere was nice and the food was good. I did not like that they advertise a daily special for $1 oysters and then they said that they did not have any when we got there (I don’t think that they ran out because there wasn’t really anyone there). They also tried not to honor their $10 taco plate special for taco Tuesday. I showed that it was on their website, so they did end up honoring, but there should not have been a back and forth about it. Because of all that the experience was just okay, but the waitress was very pleasant and did what she could. We went to Chichería for the first time to check them out because we love their sister restaurant Buena Vida, but was not as happy with our experience with Chichería, unfortunately.

   Service at the bar was excellent. The bartender was very knowledgeable about food selections. He suggested items and was a great bartender as well. Had the unlimited mimosas. Also had the steak and eggs. The steak was perfectly cooked to my temp and was very tender. My guest had the jalapeño chicken biscuit. This was my first time eating and definitely will be back.

   Love the place. Food is very good, if a little pricey. Love the margarita flights. They do a great job hiring and training--we've never had a server who wasn't kind and genuine. Strongly recommend.
