   I made reservations and even with that they jammed 7 of us in a booth for 5. We had no space and we were in the corner and it was so dark we could barely see. The bathroom was FREEZING. I don’t even know how you get a bathroom that cold. The waitress was seen chatting with other waitresses and no one brought us one of the meals. We kept waiting and waiting and were ready to leave when she finally came over and asked if it had come out. We said no and to please take it off the order, we had to leave. She immediately goes back and comes back with the meal and although she apologizes, she said mine was given to another table. I tell her we need to leave so we don’t have time for it so just remove it from the bill. She says ok but then does not bring the bill. She comes over to apologize about the missing meal, which is nice, but I have to tell her we need the bill. She brings it and I wait a bit and finally use the QR code on the table to pay. It wasn’t until it was completed that I saw the price go up $1.50 due to the convenience charge of paying at the table. There was no warning or anything ahead of time about this charge. Convenience would have been the waitress coming back immediately and taking my credit card. I go to the bathroom and while I am in there the waitress comes back to get the bill but my sister tells her I am taking care of it, meaning I’ve paid it but apparently the waitress thought that the minute I got back she should pounce on me to pay my bill. I tell her I paid it online since that seemed encouraged with all the stickers on the table and she seems shocked and says they don’t get notified when a patron pays online. I get out the email confirmation to prove I paid. She then tries to apologize again and for the first time the whole meal tries to chat and ask what show we are seeing. This would have been better had she started the experience this way and been attentive to making sure we got our meal. Food was fine but I was shocked with the total.

   the philly cheesesteak was just so-so. My shrimp tacos were very good. Our server was very good. The sound system was ridiculously loud.

   Hostesses were very friendly. Our waitress service was horrible. Extremely rushed to order and finish our meal and pay, and it wasn’t busy at all. Received the incorrect food twice. Food would have been great if we weren’t being rushed to finish it. We will probably be back, as this is the first bad experience we’ve had here.

   I am a regular over there and I understand favorites over there getting a seat close to the BG Radio Show.. I didn't like even though me where I was placed. I asked to be moved which I sat there before. Not bad but like being up close. I work at The Linc and got to know socially by seeing him BG since he was a Rookie. It will hurt when he retires and and hope he stays in this area like other Alumni Eagles Players. He is so personable BG and will stay there until everyone comes thru. I just was a little disappointed where I was placed first. No way could view the show. But at least got a hug from Ike Reesee and threw a kiss before he left went over to BG... Maggie Foyle

   Chickie and Pete’s fell off, except the crab fries! The calamari used to have fried peppers now it is plain. The burger wasn’t cooked to order either. Lastly, the espresso martini was coffee like no vodka was in it at all. The server was good and we appreciated her for taking off the burger.

    Seating was quick and easy upon checking in. All of the staff were kind and courteous. Our server was attentive and repeatedly came over to our table to see if we needed anything. The food was good. I ordered the hot shrimp and salmon sandwich and thought both were good. Our table split 2 orders of crab fries because you can’t go to chickies and not get crab fries, they’re always good.
