                Lovely dinner anniversary date with my partner. We enjoyed our delicious aromatic cocktails, tasty bites and incredibly memorable plates. Our server was incredibly sweet, attentive and accommodating. Our table was unique and our seats were cozy. I enjoy the exquisite variety in the menu that beautifully captures the diverse gastronomical varieties in different Mexican region cuisines. This was my second time coming to Chitle and I look forward to many more dates in this amazing restaurant!!! I loved the MSG, Yuka Fritters, Mole flautas and the burger is a great choice. I salivate just thinking of the options!

                Excellent cuisine. It’s nice to see authentic products from Mexico ( like hoja Santa and chapulines) instead the muck that’s the norm for Mexican restaurants. The only thing we were weren’t crazy about was the crudo agua chile. Not because it wasn’t good. Only because the Sinaloa style is different than we’re accustomed to in Mexico City. But overall an excellent experience. The cocktails were superb as well. We’ll be back soon!

                Great experience! Food was delish - we went for the mains - MSG and Taco Birria! Deliciousness. Going back in a couple weeks to try the rest.. ! Definitely put this one on your must try list..

                Food was very overpriced for flavor and amount you get. Server was okay, not very attentive but I understand as it was busy. But it would be nice got attention for the amount we paid. I will say the cocktails are exquisite, very creative, and have traditional elements of mexican cuisine in a unique fashion. I would not come here for mexican food (soy mexicana) but I would 100% come back just for the cocktails.

                Incredible experience from start to finish! From our server to the food, it could not have been better. I can see why this restaurant/chef was a James Beard nominee. During our meal, my wife and I said several times, it was some of the best food we've experienced in Phoenix and we eat out quite frequently! We will be back, thank you for an amazing evening!

                I came in with some friends for my birthday a couple of nights ago. We ordered half of the menu, and EVERYTHING was incredible.It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable of all the dishes and was super friendly. This place is the real deal. I will be back.
