   Love love love Chilte! Their food is so flavorful and clean. The environment is super cool, too! Came here for my birthday and they hooked it up!

   We had a party of six and it was fantastic. Chef LT is clearly thinking about what he’s doing. Flavors, presentation and service are great. We made a special detour to eat at Chilte and so glad we did. We’ll send others and hope to get back soon. Super fun atmosphere and amazing food. Thank you!

   My friend and I ordered several things: the quesadilla (with green chorizo), the stuffed relleno, an order of the maduros with charro beans, the guava semifreddo, and the sweet potato puff pastry. No notes, everything had so many layers of flavors and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Alexis was a wonderful host and it is refreshing going to a place that doesn’t blast music! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

   Inventive Mexican cuisine expertly prepared and presented. Short menu but great options. Mole was a hit, as was the quesidilla with chorizo. Cocktails were also creatively inspired and well-made. Service was friendly, unpretentious, fast, and helpful in understanding menu options. Ambience is minimal. Adjacent Egyptian Motel was a loud scene the night we dined with a DJ'ed dance party in the parking lot outside. This made outdoor dining problematic. Fortunately, we were seated inside! Would definitely return to further explore the menu.

   Great food, deliciously spiced dishes makes the experience an out of the ordinary mexican cuisine choice. What makes everything a luttle weird is the location. Next to a motel where the main Saturday event meant crowds of young people pooring towards an yard drinking made our experience different than what you expect from a classy restaurant. Which the food and service of this one definitely outs in into that category, however, the positioning is not.

   Excellent mexican food full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Off to a good start with the winter salad split between my husband and me. He doesn’t like cheese (lots of it on the dishes) so I took the top of the salad. Well dressed frise with good crunchies added. I had the special tacos with pork. Corn tortillas had a great chew, the pork was tender, and just the right amount of heat. Best burro beans. My husband’s birrias tacos were generous in size and very tasty. He loved the slaw side salad. Service prompt and friendly without being obtrusive.

   We were excited to try a place that was new to us. The food was certainly different, interesting, and flavorful. It was nice to have an entirely new array of dishes compared to most of our usual restaurants. We were seated at the small outdoor seating area. The restaurant was busy so our service was good but we waited a bit more towards the end as the restaurant filled up. Nonetheless, our server was very pleasant and really helpful selecting dishes. That said, the only negative is the value. Dishes are highly priced for the type of restaurant, the ambiance, and the location. We don't often have sticker shock as we dine out pretty frequently. But, this place is pricey for the type of food and drinks on the menu.

    Second visit. Good is delicious and creative. Drinks are awesome.
