Service was poor, rushed through dinner. Sat in a basement. Look at menu before you go because they do zero substitutions. Very disappointed

Chimayo was an extremely disappointing experience for us and we felt completely ripped off after so much hype. The sangria was abysmal, the margaritas were not good, the avocado salad was a tasteless and poorly executed experience, and the elk tastes like cat food smells. The only thing enjoyable was the soup. Our visit ruined our evening and we wish to never return.

Ate here a year or so ago and it was fantastic, was very excited to go back and it was just a let down across the board. The food was just bad, apps and both entrees just didn’t deliver and the prices made it sting worse. Services was also sub par. Not sure what happened but ooof.

Chimayo was recommended to us and it did not disappoint! Everything, from the decor to the service to the drinks to the food, was outstanding! Presentation of the food is remarkable and the flavor is even better. Although just a bit pricey, the servings are large (easily take homes) Try the soup sampler, fantastic! The spareribs are wonderful as was the elk London broil. Don't miss this place when in Park City. But make reservations because it was full even at 5:30!

Our family of 4, which includes 2 teenagers, had a wonderful evening at Chimayo! Service, food and presentation, all excellent. Highly recommend!

Sharon, our server, could not have been more attentive and fabulous. If I could have ordered the Duck Enchiladas twice, I would have! As usual the service and the food were everything I love and expect at Chimayo. We were seated downstairs, and the atmosphere could use a little facelift compared to eating upstairs. But I still love Chimayo.
