Another wonderful dinner at Chimayo. I tried a new dish - the blackened Angus sirloin with creamy collards and twice baked potato. The steak was one of the best I ever had. I do not like collards and never order them - but these were actually tasty. They tasted like collards rather than like their accompaniments, but the accompaniments added just enough additional flavor and texture to please my picky palate. My server Lily and the others are always amazing, and the atmosphere connects me with my love of New Mexico and the southwest of the US. No dinner is complete without Arturo's tortilla soup as an appetizer. I can hardly wait to go back.

I had a fantastic dinner at Chimayo in Park City, Utah. The elk London broil was cooked to perfection, with incredible flavors that made it truly memorable. The complimentary bread was also a delightful surprise—warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food and ambiance. Highly recommend!

We were downstairs at a table for 4. A very large bachelorette party arrived shortly after us. The room became unbearably loud with several other parties complaing or requesting to be re-seated. It made the dining experience unpleasant.

After being warned that no-shows are $25 a person and receiving a voicemail asking us to call back and reconfirm our reservation, we waited about 20 minutes for a table and then about an hour for our food. The worst part was that some diners at a table next to us were watching a soccer game on their phone, with no earphones. This is not a sports bar. Entrées are about $60 each. Extremely annoying. Management seemed disinterested in getting involved in the situation and simply moved us to a new table. I believe it’s the responsibility of management to step up and create a pleasurable dining experience for everyone. Please have the courage to ask rude people to behave better. Don’t put that responsibility on the patrons.
