Vous pourrez commencer par le cocktail caractéristique apprécié des locaux, le Chimayo Margarita, et poursuivre par la salade d'avocats farcis ou l'incontournable Arturo's Tortilla Soup. Chimayo was recommended to us and it did not disappoint! Everything, from the decor to the service to the drinks to the food, was outstanding! Presentation of the food is remarkable and the flavor is even better. Although just a bit pricey, the servings are large (easily take homes) Try the soup sampler, fantastic! The spareribs are wonderful as was the elk London broil. Don't miss this place when in Park City. But make reservations because it was full even at 5:30!

Our family of 4, which includes 2 teenagers, had a wonderful evening at Chimayo! Service, food and presentation, all excellent. Highly recommend!

Sharon, our server, could not have been more attentive and fabulous. If I could have ordered the Duck Enchiladas twice, I would have! As usual the service and the food were everything I love and expect at Chimayo. We were seated downstairs, and the atmosphere could use a little facelift compared to eating upstairs. But I still love Chimayo.

Decided to give this restaurant another try after about 10 years and were pleasantly surprised. Previously, the food was really too spicy overall for us, but we remembered the bread and fantastic dipping sauce. We enjoyed delicious salmon and scallop entrees, though we did find the vegetable soup too spicy. Although we sat in the front of the restaurant next to check in the atmosphere was pleasant and we had a private fireplace. I would not have wanted to pay these prices and eat downstairs though. That atmosphere was how we remembered it, jam packed and noisy. This was one of the reasons we hadn't returned in so long. We will definitely return, but remember to request first floor seating.

We were disappointed to be seated downstairs versus in the warm, Southwestern-designed upstairs. The saving grace was our server, Sharon. Her warmth and professionalism made up for this disappointment. Among our dining highlights the duck enchiladas and buffalo flank steak.

Delicious food. Even coming from Texas, I was apprehensive about eating at a quasi-Mexican establishment in Utah. I would definitely dine here again as the food choices and quality of the dishes makes this place a MUST visit in Park City.

Consistently delicious! We make an annual family trip to park city and Chimayo isn’t just a staple, it’s a family favorite! Everything from the service to the ambiance and especially the food is above and beyond!

Food was fantastic as was the Spanish / Argentinian / Chilean wine list. What wasn’t fantastic was the exceptionally rude check in hostess. Put down your cell phone and get some manners.
