The food and beer were both excellent. The wait staff was excellent also. Highly recommend this establishment.

outstanding service from Zane. standard bar fare, but many with a unique twist, which we appreciated. we'll be back.

Terrific service, Kylie was an absolute great waitress!!! Food was great and beer very tasty. Great experience after hearing some not so great ones so glad we gave it a chance.

Food was well prepared bar food with a twist. Great Gluten Free options including the pizzas and sandwiches. Service was stellar!

Chef Bree was amazing! The cheese curds were so good along with the dip trio. The service was amazing. We knew we were in for a treat when the appetizers were so good. The food was even better! We got the crispy bowl and pulled pork. The pizza was 5 stars according to my 12 year old son. The cheese cake was out of this world. Yes it's pricey but totally worth it! We weren't fans of mindful brewing so we were cautiously optimistic for this new place. This far exceeded our expectations! We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful night out!

Highly recommended Chimera Brewing! The beer lovers at our table throughly enjoyed the variety of beers. Cocktail drinkers savored well crafted cocktails. The food was excellent, fresh and full of flavor. Steak and burgers were perfectly done. Fish tacos were the best around. Service staff was knowledgeable and attentive to us. Chimera is a must try-and a definite go to place. Thanks Chimera!

We were seated at our table and waited awhile for a server to come. There were 3 servers just standing around until one of them finally came over. This was not a busy time at the restaurant. The server who waited on us was very pleasant. The food was fine but our beers were flat. Don’t think we would come back again.

Great experience! The service was fast, the food was delicious, and each drink we had was great! The cocktails were consistently great, and our server never kept our glasses empty. Definitely a new spot for us!
