Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante combinée à une approche directe à la cuisine. Le menu reflète le caractère saisonnier et les produits de la région. Un service exceptionnel et un programme de vin reconnu vous assureront une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Le menu comprend un choix à la carte et une dégustation du chef composée de 4 plats. Le chef et propriétaire, Jason Shaeffer, adopte un style raffiné mais décontracté autant dans la cuisine que dans le restaurant. Shaeffer a été formé par des chefs renommés : Thomas Keller (Per Se) et Terrance Brennan (Artisanal) à New York. Plus récemment, il a ouvert le 1500 Ocean à Hotel del Coronado à San Diego et a reçu des éloges au niveau local et national. La vision du chef Shaeffer est de créer un lieu de restauration dans le nord du Colorado. We are pleased to announce our menu release, and books are now open for the Immortal Estate Wine Dinner on Tuesday, March 11th! The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and seated dinner approximately 6:15 p.m. Please RSVP to this email address for your reservation! (This dinner was rescheduled from September 10th, 2024). Join us with proprietor, Daniel Nichols, as he shares the story of his family’s Immortal Estate Winery, and the rebranding of Hidden Ridge (article in link) https://bit.ly/3AdaKWw in Sonoma County. The magnificently steep vineyards of Immortal Estate are among the steepest in California, planted on a dramatic 55-degree slope on the Mayacamas range on the west side of Spring Mountain. We are pleased to present these wines that are not available to the public (Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and library Hidden Ridge vintages). With 2, 100-point wine scores for Impassable Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and consistently highly rated Slope Cabernet Sauvignons, join us as we celebrate our cuisine with these amazing wines! Cheers! Went there for a birthday dinner with my family and the food was delicious. We had a nice seat right by the window. The service was excellent.

Dinner and dishes are always top notch. We celebrated an event and they added to the celebration and made the evening special.

Everything on the tasting menu was phenomenal. Each bite was simply amazing. The wine paring also complemented the food just perfectly. Will definitely be back to try another tasting menu again in the future. Highly recommend this hidden gem in downtown Windsor.

Food was delicious and service was very friendly. Definitely on the pricier side. However, you are paying for the experience and mix of flavors.

Would have provided a more favorable review, but am put off by the 3% credit card charge on top of a $311 bill for two persons. Even then, the restaurant claims the fee doesn't cover their charges. It seems at some point, if you are charging that much, the customer doesn't need to be rung dry by every sort of fee. At the least they don't have the kitchen appreciation fee, aka, a way to not increase the pay of restaurant staff. When is these irritating practices going to stop?

Amazing as always! We have never been disappointed with the food, drinks or service. It’s our favorite restaurant in Northern Colorado.

This Valentine’s Day was truly one to remember. I took my wife and daughter to celebrate love, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was a special treat from Chef Jason himself—an exquisite Potato Mille-Feuille, served as a sample before our starters. Every visit to Chimney Park is a delight, and it remains our favorite date spot. The exceptional service and outstanding cuisine never disappoint!

The experience was amazing start to finish. Our servers were very attentive and always had a smile. The atmosphere was great. It was a little on the expensive side but it was a special occasion and fun to experience.
