   Our first experience was December for a coworker Christmas dinner and we all had a really good time. Service was great and the food was delicious. So my husband and I decided to reserve for Valentine’s Day. I must say it was much different. We had no idea who our server was -last time we actually had a waiter with an apron who took our order. This time we had I think the hostess seat us then another person came by and took our order. Other than that it was just people in black shirts and pants aimlessly running around unsure of what they were doing. We got our food and it was good but the bread basket was laughable 😂 it was 3 thin slices of pathetic looking bread. In all fairness they were pretty packed outside but people inside seemed to be rather upset. We just got up after our dinner and went to the front to pay opting out of getting dessert. I want to give the benefit of the doubt that they were busy but I’m placing this also as petty disorganized.

   We’ve been to Chloe’s Bistro many times & have enjoyed the food & ambiance. This time was no different. However, the service was downright poor. I can only attribute it to the fact that it was Valentine’s Day & they didn’t have the staffing to support the crowd. I should note, we arrived at 5:15 & were the 2nd table seated so we shouldn’t have encountered these issues. I also noticed throughout the evening that orders were being delivered to the wrong tables, including ours at least twice during our meal. We had to flag down staff to get our bill which took another 15 minutes to pay. In order to avoid these issues in the future, I will avoid going on holidays.

   First time visit. Recommended by a good friend. Seemed like an average night crowd wise. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was great. The service however was not good. Seemed like they were very short staffed. Will go back because of the great food and hopefully the poor service was just an aberration.

   Always a lovely dining experience outside at Chloe. Food is always outstanding. The service is lovely and the setting is gorgeous.

   Usually noise level is no problem. This particular evening there was a party of about 12 people ( together but at 2separate tables) who were extremely loud and that was outside. This was of no fault of the restaurant the patrons were just rude and loud.

    The restaurant had only one server. When food was brought out twice we told them it wasn’t ours. Never saw a dessert menu and had to go inside to ask for a check. Maybe it was just a bad night but I am not so sure I would return. The owner was not gracious.
