Chocolate Buddha undertook an AMAZING renovation in 2019 by Maddison Architects. We have a 22 seater SUSHI TRAIN open Wednesday to Sunday lunches 12 - 3pm and Wednesday to Saturday Dinners 5 - 8pm it includes an EXPRESS train which delivers hot food ordered via a tablet. We offer QR menus at each table for ease of ordering, splitting bills and menu with pictures and descriptions. This type of ordering is optional so always let us know if you prefer to order with us. So much flavour, with plenty of options to suit everyone's taste. Even a kids menu. Bento boxes looks delicious too. Will have to come back for seconds. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating

Always great! Our request to have a table with chairs with backs was fulfilled… i even received a message confirming that would happen. VERY reassuring and personal for such a busy restaurant - THANK YOU. The service was fantastic as we had to leave by a certain time. Highly recommended 😊

I did not book a table until two nights beforehand whereas on previous occasions, a week ahead . I guess that explains why we shared a long table with five loud , raucous blokes. We could barely hear ourselves talk, hence a disappointing experience. I’ll be sure to book well ahead in future.

This is my pre-theatre go-to place for a light bite or a full meal. Sat at the sushi train and the service was great as always, and the food was delicious and freshly made. There is always someone available to help and the service is fantastic. Will be back. Thank you.

Genuinely friendly service and a hypnotising sushi train, though we also ordered from the main menu. Good range of expected dishes, as well as some lovely different noodle dishes, and extra list of gluten-free/friendly dishes.

Chocolate Buddha is one of my favourite places to take dear friends. The service is great the staff are so accommodating and friendly. The ambiance wonderful. We sat near the window looking out to flinders st and the night sky. Last night we went before a show but other times we linger longer. I also love it as it is great for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The food fresh and delicious ❤️
