Great steak and excellent service. Only issue was food was served on the cold side. Potatoes and meat were lukewarm warm

As usual the night was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was very good. The lamb chops did not have the usual gamy taste, it was excellent. The service was first class. The type that you would expect from an old school high end restaurant were you would get dressed to the nines for. We will be bringing and recommending to friend and family.

Cholla Prime is typically my favorite places to celebrate a special occasion. However this visit was subpar. The food was good but not great. Service was extremely slow. The waitress did not take our drink order for over 10 minutes of arrival then the bar took another 10 minutes to deliver it. We only ordered wine. The kitchen was slow, 45 minutes after ordering our meals. The steak was cooked to perfection but the sides lacked the normal flavor and seasoning. Overall, not a great experience.

We had a great meal . Our food was delicious & I loved my steak it was cooked to perfection !!! Gage who was our server was very nice & a great waiter ! We’ll be back again soon .

My ribeye steak was tough, under cooked and under seasoned. Mashed potatoes were similar to wall paper paste, Sean’s ones well but overall inedible. Best thing was the salad, well dressed and cold.

Always an enjoyable evening with great food and service. Portion size seems to have increased, so be aware when ordering or be prepared to take home leftovers.
