   We had a great night again. Here is our celebration place. Birthday, Anniversary etc Never disappointed! Always have a great time. Foods are delicious. double Caesar are our favourite drink.

   We had a belated anniversary dinner. It was our first time at Chop, and we were very impressed. I had the tomato bisque to start, followed by the top sirloin. My wife has the French onion soup, followed by the filet mignon. Everything was excellent. The steaks were seasoned with a very tasty (not spicy) run, then seared, then cooked. They came out very tender and delicious. For dessert I had the creme brulee. Normally this is a very small desert, but here it was a much bigger size. And delicious! Yes, we'll be back there again. PS: We used a gift card that was donated to Foothills Academy, a school for kids with learning disabilities. It was nice to see that Chop supports local charities, like Foothills Academy.

   As new customer I wasn’t impressed with the food. The steak was not cooked according to my preference. The lobster was nothing special. For the price it is not worth it.

   Excellent meal in a beautiful venue! We came here for a special occasion dinner and were not disappointed. Our steak was perfect, the cocktails were fantastic, and the appetizers were all excellent. We will definitely return.

   Saddend by our experience at a highly rated restaurant. Service was great, ambiance nice, not too noisy. We sat in the bar because we couldn't get a table in the restaurant at the time we wanted. Seated immediately, wait staff quick, friendly and attentive. Menu doesn't have dozens of selections, which means to me that they cook well the food on the menu. We both had the prime rib - the star of the menu. The cook was accurate - medium for me, medium well for my wife. But the quality of the roast was not good. Fully half of what was on our plates was inedible - fat and gristle. I've had prime rib in many, many restaurants, and this was the worst I've ever had. The Brussels sprouts were good, the squash should have been peeled before roasting, and the mashed potatoes were, well, flavorless. The gravy (served on the side) looked/tasted like it came from a mix. Tried a mini creme broulee, hoping against hope. The custard was very nice, not too rich, and nicely firm. But the crust was slightly burnt. It left a slightly bitter aftertaste. Over $60 each with no alcohol or coffee, and a generous tip - the server did a great job and wasn't responsible for the poor food. We left, as I said, saddened. We won't be going back.
