We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. Rebecca was great being our server however the employee who delivered our food must have forgotten about it as it came out cool. After talking to Rebecca and who I think was the manager on shift that I was having a very bad day and thought to come to Chop, the restaurant where we had our wedding and anniversary dinner things would get better. And these employees did make things better as they brought a new plate of fries and a new steak and veggies and surprised us with a complimentary dessert plate. Thank you for making things better . We still love Chop.

Restaurant is beautifully decorated and bright. Saturday night was very busy and waiting time was a slow as expected for a Saturday. food was delicious, steak bites was perfectly done.My husbands primer was delicious also the wedge salad was good. our server messed up the order bringing the wrong salad. bread was hard and not enjoyable. Iwill return to a different location because we enjoyed the food.

Chop is my go to steakhouse as you can make reservations is good value. Service was okay, not that attentive as we had to wait to make orders and get our bill. Not sure why they sat us in his section as he was dealing with a large table. We will be back when I’m craving steak.

The fully loaded baked potatoe was cold, small and far from loaded. This is the fourth time I order that type of potato at Chop. I am never coming back.

We have been going to Chop for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied. We prefer it to the Keg, particularly the prime rib which comes in two size portions. The food is great the wait staff is terrific so no complaints.

CHOP never disappoints. Wife got the rib eye with blue cheese and she loved it. I got the prime rib delicious. They were both cooked perfectly. Smoked Old Fashion was a great addition.
