Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. This was our first visit to this location. I have nothing but good things to say. Our server Kayla was fantastic. She was very accommodating, attentive and she gave us great service. Well worth the trip to Sherwood Park. The food was good, we have never had a bad meal at any location.

Ashley served us today great service and attention to our needs. Kitchen staff served us with tasty food. I changed it up a bit this week and tried the fall off the bone ribs. They were delicious Thankyou

The girls that greeted us were very friendly. They even wished my husband a happy birthday. It was VERY busy. We did have a wonderful waitress. I don’t remember her name. She was tall, a bit heavy set. She wasn’t our original waitress. My food was amazing “the burger.” my husbands filet steak was completely brown inside. He ordered a medium. We were so hungry we ate. Other than that everything was great. He got a delicious birthday desert. We were grateful! Apryl LeBlanc
