CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. Literally the best meal I’ve ever had. Every bite of our appetizers and main meal was delicious. This is our first time coming here and we will be returning soon.

Went in today with my husband for date night. We had reservations and we were seated upon arrival. The server was just fantastic and the food was amazing. The manager came by with a complimentary appetizer as he knew it was our first time. It's a great place and managed well. We're definitely going to come back again

The waitress was weird and being Valentine's Day probably should have kept her comments to herself, as she made us both uncomfortable. While leaving she literally left another table taking their order to jump 4 feet and wish my husband a good valentines. Pasta was over cooked and missing most seafood. The food is much better at West End Chop. Highly disappointed and wont be back.

Exceptional service. Especially considering it was Valentine's Day. They had a ton of staff and food and drinks came very quickly. Highly recommend.

Medium rare when ordered is very much like rare. If you like medium rare, I'd recommend ordering medium. Been here a few times and I keep forgetting.

The was very good tasting and a great value for Valentines day. Very attentive service. They responded quickly to my partners food allergy concerns. We'll definitely go back again.

Went for lunch for Valentine's Day with my husband. Had the Chilli garlic shrimp, Wild mushroom and goat cheese dip and the Steak Oscar. Everything was great. The shrimp were very large with just the right amount of heat. The dip was warm and robust with a touch of sweetness from the truffle honey. Our Steak was cooked perfectly and the Béarnaise sauce... just divine. The whole lunch was delicious.
