   Went for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The place was packed but service was still excellent! Also the food arrived when it should have. Several specials that were hard to choose from. So glad we have a quality restaurant in Chapin so we don’t have to drive downtown for a special dinner/ occasion.

   The dinner and service was excellent. The manager was present and chatted with us for a bit. We will definitely dine here again.

   Great food, well prepared with fresh ingredients; from a nice menu with a variety of holiday offerings and good cocktails. The service was outstanding, attentive and considerate. Highly recommend Chophouse of Chapin.

   Our experience was great. Nichole, our server was wonderful. She admitted being fairly new to the Chophouse, but was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We asked for creamed spinach, which is not a usual side offered and were given this as a side. We asked for a Pittsburg steak, Nichole knew what this was, and the steak came out cooked perfectly! The only negative was the table we sat at was the one in the front by the bar with the high back. My companion had never been to the Chophouse and would have liked to have been able to view the restaurant, and it was a little loud in that area. Otherwise, it was a great night!

   Great atmosphere, food great with the exception of the broccolini being over cooked. Service excellent. Will go back!! Highly recommend!!

   We had reservations for 7:15 pm. When we arrived at 7:10, we were told by one of the hostesses that our table was not ready and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes before being seated. It would have been nice if there was a warmer spot to wait away from the door as it was a cold December evening. The server was fine yet she seemed young and inexperienced and a little nervous. The food was great! We all four ordered the fillet and it was wonderful. My daughter’s fiancee added a scallop to his steak. When ordering, he asked the server about what size the scallop would be since there would only be one. She said it would be large. However, when his dinner came out, it was a very small scallop. This was like a $10 upcharge to add the scallop. My side was the Brussel Sprouts and they were probably even better than my steak which says a lot! Great meal! We all ordered the Wedge Salad, which was also great! Also worth mentioning, the bread was really good but we felt rushed to finish it because it was almost removed from the table twice before our entrees arrived. I ordered unsweetened tea and asked for sweetener to which I was told that she had already given me the last two in the restaurant. Didn’t think I would need to bring my own sweetener. We were seated in a booth in the front of the restaurant and the noise level in the restaurant was really loud which made it difficult to have a conversation. We were celebrating our daughter’s engagement and her fiancée’s birthday. Therefore, we were looking forward to an upscale dining experience complete with an elegant atmosphere and exceptional service. This felt more like a neighborhood grill with great tasting expensive food. Most of the employees seemed like they were high school or college kids rather than seasoned servers. However, a very nice gentleman, stopped by our table at one point to see how we were doing. Not sure we would drive the distance to come back but as I said, we enjoyed our dinner.

   Always exceptional food and service! We were a group of six and our server, Ali, was fantastic! Everyone in our party enjoyed our dinner very much!

   Great local restaurant for an everyday dinner or a special occasion. Staff was helpful and friendly to answer any questions. The food is excellent with great service.

   Fantastic food and service. Had the Chophouse Butcher Board and it was outstanding to share. We were near the bar and it was very loud - the only negative and the bartender needed backup! Our drinks were excellent as well, however!!
