An in-house Tallow aged steak - a Chef selected ribeye encased in rendered steak trimmings, then aged for 60 days and handcut to perfection. The Chophouse has a full bar with a wide variety of spirits hand selected by our award-winning bar staff. And an on-premise Wine Sommelier that will help pair your menu selection with the best wine from our extensive menu to please your palate.

    Even with a reservation we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Regular nightly special was not available as they extended their valentine's day menu. Restaurant did not have any gluten free desserts. Service was good. Entrees were heavy on starch v. Protein.

    Took our teen daughter out for a valentines dinner. Great experience. Atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious and the service was amazing.

    I had lamb chops and ordered medium, they were bland and still bleeding. Asparagus was cold. Our waiter was awesome. My husband ordered Flank steak and it was seasoned to perfection, cooked perfectly!!!! Mushrooms delicious. Drinks GREAT!!! Waiter top notch

    The food was superb. The steak and lamb chops cut like butter! The cocktails and wine were top notch!! Will definetely be back!!

    It’s been almost a year since we went out to eat at the Chophouse of Chapin and it was not a good experience. The quality of food and service was lacking. Lobster bisque was cool and terrible, the surf and turf lobster was overcooked. The steak was good. My snapper was good, the broccolini was not. While at the bar, I noted that my manhattan was not made w sazerac rye as advertised. And for the finale the carrot cake was stale. The waitress forgot my wife’s drink order, not once, but twice. Definitely not worth the time, money! Needless to say, it was distracting Valentine’s Day celebration.

    Very good experience last night in dining at Chophouse! Management was most welcoming and the service by Teryl was outstanding. The food was excellent and presented in a timely fashion! Our group very much enjoyed the evening!
