   We’ve eaten here a few times now, but this last visit was quite dismal- our primary server, was pretty bad. While ordering he attempted to upsell us on every single dish- this was extremely annoying because we already knew which accoutrements we wanted to add, so when he got done acting like a used car salesman and realized that we would increase the tab on our own, he calmed down. Immediately after placing our food order, he placed a QR card on the table and started discussing payment options?! At this point, we’ve only eaten a piece of bread and you’re already asking how we’d like to pay? This was extremely tacky and not something that I’d expect from Chops. All of our food came out cold and the salmon was overcooked; it was my fiancés birthday so I kept calm to prevent making a scene and ruining the night. When our server visited the table next to us, I overheard another guest rudely ask him if he’d ever been a server before. At this point, I realized that I didn’t need to take it personal- he was just horrible in general and it wasn’t specific to our table. Regardless, our tab for 2 came to $400+. I have no problem with this, and haven’t in the past when we’ve visited; but it is a problem when receiving mediocre food and bad service.

   Well, our party of 3 ordered the same thing!!! Awesome huge Cheese Burgers with Bacon. They arrived are were beautiful. Like that they serve everything on the side so that one can put their burger together as wanted. Perfectly cooked. The thin fries were perfect. Love the light salt and the crunch. Service was very good but somewhat slow. It was ok as we were there to celebrate a birthday. Server was nice. Complimentary Birthday dessert. What a surprise. The Birthday Girl selected Cheesecake. It was some of the best in the city. Of course, I was a bit disappointed because she didn't pick the Bread Pudding. Wish is to die for. Highly recommend. WIll definitely return.

   We sat down at 5:30pm on a Sunday so it wasn't crowded yet. I ordered salad with no tomatoes and was brought a salad with extra tomatoes. In addition, I had ordered a 12 oz. filet with a warm pink center and it was brought practically raw inside. They cooked it more per my request but it still was extremely rare. I was very disappointed. I took half home and intend to cook it more before I eat it.

   Overall, chops was good like normal. 2 tiny issues. The server seemed unfriendly when my date asked to have the lamb cooked more and he definitely tried to rush us of the booth but I'm sure they had a another reservation ready for that booth. Nonetheless I don't like feeling rushed out

   This restaurant experience (by far) was THE BEST we’ve ever had. Unsal, our server, exceeded our expectations. So much, we dined here two nights in a row. When we showed up this evening, Unsal had the same martinis we ordered the night before ready for us when we sat down AND the banana pie we wanted the night before that they had run out of. There wasn’t one thing we wanted or needed that they didn’t considered during our dining experience! We can’t wait to come back. The restaurant manager was amazing too!
