Chops Grille was opened in uptown Kingston, New York in November of 2015. Denni Demosthenes is your gracious and welcoming host to this warm and inviting venue. His vision for this new venture is an attractive restaurant with an inviting menu featuring grilled favorites with a flair.

Our menu will delight your taste buds at Chops Grille. Fresh salads, sandwiches and burgers will truly satisfy your hunger. Our warm, candlelit ambiance complements our mouth-watering dinner fare. We feature many different type half-pound burgers, including Kobe burgers, steaks, chops, fish and more -- all cooked to perfection.

Located in the Historic Stockade District of Kingston, Chops Grille is a fashionable, inviting restaurant.

Serving dinner six days a week.

Greeted by the owner when walked in and sat at the bar for a cocktail. Bartender Steve was friendly and made a great Manhattan with a heavy pour. Our waitress Michelle was very friendly and accommodating. The calamari appetizer had a light batter with great flavor and the halibut bites were so tasty. Main courses were strip steak, bone in pork chop with apples, chicken Lombardo and cod. All 4 of us raved over the flavors of our meals. Broccoli was amazing as well as their French fries. To top the evening off, the owner Denny stopped by our table and was so friendly and gave us a history of the restaurant. Highly recommend for a date night or any occasion.

Wonderful restaurant. Very quiet and small which was perfect for an intimate dinner. Food was delicious and the service was great. We would highly recommend this place.

Chops has a broadly appealing menu, featuring both classic as well as innovative dishes. There are also many choices from a specials menu to add to the possibilities! Everything is extremely well prepared, service is professional, and prices are consistent with high-quality, finer dining. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed all of their meals. An excellent choice for a special occasion or just when you want a nicer meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended without hesitation!

Delicious steak and entire meal. Friendly wait staff though the seemed understaffed. Busy night that they handled well

This is a great little restaurant. They start by giving you homemade hummus with warm pita. The cocktail was spot on. I had the shrimp cardinale it was delicious. Great staff and service

The food was excellent. My husband got the one eye Jack burger. The first time it came out it was over cooked but they were so nice about taking it back and making him a new one very quickly which came out perfect. I would definitely go back!
