Not a great experience overall and we will probably not be back. We were seated promptly, and the host mentioned we were celebrating two birthdays-(I provided that info upon booking). We were about 12 min late due to traffic, but I called 20 minutes before our reservation and alerted them and was told they had a 30 min grace period. Our server greeted us almost immediately and was quick about taking cocktail orders. But, from then on we felt totally rushed. We ordered apps and salads, and asked for some time before ordering dinner, but he was back again, pushing us to order. Right before our mains were brought, he asked if we wanted another round of cocktails, but we asked for the wine menu instead—while looking at the list, our main course (steak) was delivered and we had not yet picked out a wine. So we settled on glasses vs a bottle because I was too rushed to even browse the wine list. We did order a dessert, and I thought maybe a “happy birthday” script or candle would be on the cake, but nothing. No one acknowledged either birthday!!! As I looked around the restaurant, there were two tables that were seated before we arrived and as we got our check, they were just getting their main course. Maybe I should’ve told our waiter that we wanted to enjoy a cocktail or two before pushing us to order, but this is not the type of restaurant to rush people through a meal when paying top dollar. $700+ later, no birthday wishes, and rushed out the door. An absolute waste of a birthday celebration and a total disappointment.

Chops & Lobster Bar was the ultimate dining experience. The seafood platter was so fresh and delicious. The Black Diamond Bone in Ribeye was melt in your mouth good. The service was amazing. This was our second time in a month driving up from Augusta Ga. for dinner. We celebrated our anniversary and my birthday.

EXCELLENT. Got the 40 oz Porterhouse for 2. Cooked perfectly (medium-rare). Excellent flavor and tenderness. Service excellent. Fun place. Lobster mash really good. Appetizers excellent. Just what a big time steakhouse should be.

Food here is ALWAYS amazing! We've been to this location on multiple occasions and we are never dissatisfied! I usually get the A5 Wagyu cuts of steak, and that in itself is an adventure! The servers are awesome, and if you're there ask for the BEST server they have: Larry. He'll make the experience even more memorable for you and your guests! Must visit in my opinion!

The whole experience was amazing. Valet for $2. Kept our drinks full. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that anticipated our needs. The food was all amazing. We enjoyed our time and didn’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend the Lobster bar.
