this place makes for a great after work drink or as a fun place for a group to spend the night. the atmosphere is fun and very Osaka inspired and during the summer its a comfortable and chill vibe with great shearing plates and great cocktails.

Chotto Motto has become one of our family's favourite places to enjoy a special meal. The warm welcome upon arrival. The ambience and cool vibe of the entire restaurant. The delicious food and drink options... all of it, keeps us coming back, from over an hours drive away. Thank you!

Chotto Motto is a truly unique dining experience. It’s worth going for the decor alone (especially the adorable Tofu Phone), but the food is also top notch. We had the chicken karage, barramundi katsu curry, and king prawn gyoza. All were excellent. The barramundi was perfectly done with a light, crisp batter and the flavour paired perfectly with the curry. It was an unforgettable meal and we will make sure to go back next time we’re in Melbourne.

Great food, especially loved their take on Agadashi tofu. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Good food and okay service. I don’t understand a restaurant would charge $2.50 for condiments of tiny mayo or ketchup that we were not told of. Place to try but not worth coming back. Disappointing.
