Don’t sleep on this one… it could be gearing up to be one of Nashville’s best! Get in while you can! Incredible menu… small plates and entrees support the star of the show: expertly prepared Peking Duck. Service was perfect. Attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Nice wine list and cocktail menu. A sense that the entire team was grateful for our business. Highlights were absolutely the scallion pancake with caviar service. Worth every cent. The duck was flawless and we also really enjoyed the bok choy side and a crudo-type yellowtail appetizer that was bursting with freshness and flavor. Four of us shared 4 small plates, the duck, crab fried rice, the bok choy side, and two desserts. Not one thing was mid or meh. Each bite had something special going on. Bonus: We had plenty of duck to take home. We’re eating our way around Nashville and Choy is a standout. The ambiance, service and perfectly executed dishes make it a really special night out that we will remember. Treat yourself!

Cocktails are very creative and unique - everything ew tried was great. Kitchen menu is pricey but amazing. My table tried three or four small plates and shared two large plates. The trout is exceptional and could easily feed three people. The tuna small plate came with 9 small pieces of tuna each with a slice of pear, a pickled radish, toasted sesame seeds, and an edible marigold leaf. I would have been impressed if the dinner had ended there - but everything was really great. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive (maybe overly attentive!). I would definitely go back again to celebrate an occasion with adult friends or family.

Great cocktails and great food. Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. The lamb ribs and strip steak and gulf shrimp were my favorites. The bucksnort trout was also great and perfectly prepared.

One of the best meals I've had in Nashville. Olivia was very accommodating when we had to switch our booking 30 min later than planned and also stopped by the table a few times to see how we were. All in all great service from everyone. and great food.
