The Chuckhouse at Greenhorn Ranch is open Friday and Saturdays from 5pm to 8pm. Serving a la carte dinners. The comfortable, friendly and inviting restaurant located on the Greenhorn Ranch just off highway 70 just eleven miles from Quincy. The menu is upscale comfort food with familiar dishes well prepared and presented by Chef Jamie West. The Greenhorn Ranch is a well-established dude ranch that is opening the restaurant in the off season. Come and enjoy the great food and casual ambiance.

Another excellent dining experience at the Chuckhouse. The Blackened Salmon was a change to the menu from our previous visit and Chef Jamie outdid himself again. Our waitress was superb. This is our go-to restaurant for fine dining.

For our 12 th Anniversary we went to the Chuckhouse at The Ranch and was very pleased. Service was great, and the Chef even came out to greet us. The Salmon was amazing! Our server Hannah was very kind and attentive. We will frequent the restaurant more often knowing how well made it is.

The Chuckhouse has become a favorite place to eat. Jamie is a first class chef and the staff is also top notch and very attentive. The best kept secret in the area that deserves more exposure.

Greenhorn ranch is set up for a fun time. First was the Bar/salon. Bartender was pleasant and funny. They have pool tables , dance floor and a area for a live band. Dinning hall has large tables for groups. One of the owners was going around and talking with his guests. They were a little short staffed but who isn’t right now. Dinner was wonderful. We had a party of 6 and everyone said their food was excellent. The only thing is they are only open to the public till April . After April only paying guest can enjoy the ranch. We would love to go for dinner , dancing and play pool durning the summer.

Had a great experience here! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was great, the food was outstanding, service impeccable, the bartender mixed great drinks and the chef checked on us. Great place to dine and enjoy family and friends.
