Ciao Italian Restaurant is a family owned restaurant. We refuse to cut corners on our food. We search the market daily to find the freshest available local ingredients. All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house. While we want to remain family friendly we also provide you with a restaurant that also has a romantic feel. Much of the same as the Tratorias of Italy. While we maintain a high level of service we like to keep it relaxed so that you can feel comfortable.

    We found Ciao to be the best Italian restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area. Food is outstanding, and the service is great. It's a bit noisy but that is a small price to pay for an excellent meal! We have had dinner there 3 times, and every time was equally enjoyable!!

    This was not our first trip to Ciao. Likely our 10th or so. If we want a great Italian meal, we go to Ciao. The best on the Grand Strand. We had reservations at 6:15 on the 15th, and when we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and were amazed to see that every table was full, and the bar was full. Great to see this. Our meal was as expected, done to perfection and came out hot! Which is not always the case with restaurants here. We always send friends to Ciao, we will be back again.

    My favorite restaurant anytime I’m I. Myrtle beach. The grouper franchise is to die for. I always order it when I’m here and it never disappoints

    We visited Ciao on our final night in MB. Great authentic Italian restaurant. Food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun.

    Diversified menu. The meal had a lovely presentation and was delicious. The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience

    Went there for VDay, there was four of us. Ladies had Chicken Lamone which they both enjoyed and well portioned, the men had fish specials halibut and black bass, which were good but also pricey. Service was good as well as the drinks. Table was ready at our reservation time and had to wait an extra 20mins.

    From greeting to dessert, an excellent experience. Shawn, our waiter, was attentive and very friendly. Everyone in the party raved about their dishes.

    As always the food was amazing, service was excellent. The ambiance at CIAO is wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone

    My husband’s steak was $54 and came out raw and full of fat. The waiter never came back after food was served so my husband went without eating. When he finally did come back after the rest of our party ate we told him about the steak. But at that point it was too late. He should have taken it off the bill when he saw it went without being eaten. We will not be returning.
