Beautiful, server was ok. Food not so good. Raw chicken and bland pasta. The biscuit was over cook hard. Ambiance was fantastic and drinks were great. Bacon was perfect and the croissant was very good too.

We had the best time celebrating our anniversary at Ciao Papi! The food and cocktails were delicious. We ended the evening with the fig sundae and it was so good! Our server was sweet and very attentive. We can't wait to join you for dinner again!

Pretty restoration of this hotel, swimming pool and welcomed addition of restaurant with very ample space overlooking courtyard and pool. I liked the food choices and have been here multiple times. Pasta from Etto! Really nice pizzas. I have yet to try the main courses. Place is comfortable and quiet at lunch time.

The food was good but not outstanding. My wife had a mushroom pasta with pistachios and butter. Her opinion was that is was very good. I had the chicken cacciatore. That was well balanced with a sauce that did not hide the chicken flavor. the chicken was on the bone and tender. I think a chicken sausage would have been a better choice with a more spiced sauce and more in the tradition of a cacciatore main. We shared an ice cream/fig compote made with reduced balsamic, caramel sauce with toasted crumble on top that was delicious. Of issue was our waitress. Very pleasant and wanting to please. She needs more training. It is off-putting to be told what the waiter likes opposed to describing the preparation of a selection. Also, she forgot my reorder of a glass of wine and brought it just prior to ordering desert. The wine list is adequate, but not outstanding. However, we had just spent four days in Oregon where more attention is placed on the wine lists.

It was not busy but we did have a reservation. Our order for drinks and a bean dip was placed, 45 minutes later nothing had been brought out. Walked over to ask where our waitress was and found no help, waited a few more than went to the host stand to let them know we were giving up and leaving. No sorry but a thank you….he could clearly tell we were frustrated but did not seem to care at all. Not the way paso does hospitality. This is my third time trying this place and each time it’s worse. Very much needs someone that can train people correctly.

Wonderful place, food portions a little small for the cost but overall very enjoyable. Would definitely go again!

Great setting and decor. Fun place. Servers need more training as they were quite amateurish but were trying hard. Food was good.
