   Excellent lunch today. The food was delicious and the ambiance friendly with the staff picking up on the fact that it was my friend's birthday and they gave her a candle to blow out while they sang "Happy Birthday.

   Brilliant atmosphere and customer service. The food was also amazing and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

   We are regulars at Cibo hale always a fantastic meal and service however we booked for the valentines weekend and spent all week looking forward to it then when we arrived we were given limited valentine menus there was nothing about this when we were booking so there wasn’t really anything we wanted but as there was nothing chance of getting in anywhere else we decided to order but was disappointed and the ravioli was cold but we were hungry so we just eat it so didn’t get what we really wanted and food was cold so not much change from £130 later we went for a kebab on the way home which was a lot better

   terrible experience , valentines night was ruined - had to ask a member of staff to take our order , menu was small co ended uo ordering fillet steak chicken with mushroom sauce chips mushroom sauce for the steak garlic spinach broccoli The food came out very quickly ? and it was COLD - whoops tell a lie , the chips were warm , you will be thinking why I didnt complain at the time - we were sat close to other people and we didnt want to ruin their night by causing a scene so we quickly finished our food and asked for the bill - the lady member of staff aske how our meal had been , I told her it was cold , she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry whilst passing me my receipt service was bad food was bad what was supposed to be a great evening was ruined , definitely will not be returning

   - Service was extremely poor, waited 40 mins for a drink that didn’t arrive. - Staff were rude on entering the restaurant, slamming the menus down on the table and pointing us to sit at the table. - Wait times for service were far too long, waited 10 mins for cutlery. - Main courses were cold, but a server never came over after giving main courses until we complained and asked for the bill. There were also no servers to speak to, everyone was rushing around or saying they’d be back in a minute

    Excellent service, efficient but unobtrusive. Lovely ribs for starters. Relaxed atmosphere in great surroundings
