   I’ve given this restaurant 3 stars for a few reasons. Let’s start with the positives: it’s an absolutely beautiful building, the decoration, tables, lighting etc… is all amazing, and really does feel upmarket and lovely. The service is also amazing, you feel so so welcomed by all of the staff. Now onto some negatives: the staff can be too friendly to the point where 3 people asked do we want drinks when we had already ordered, however we took this as just them being overly nice and thoughtful. We did feel a bit pushed sometimes to overspend, for example on water for the table, starters, extra sides and alcohol. And when we said no, we felt like we were mocked. Now onto the food itself: if it was half the price I would be writing a better review, but for £22 for a pasta dish that wasn’t even cooked, I wouldn’t recommend. Overall, I would probably return for drinks but no more. It was also my birthday when we visited and I noted this on our booking, we saw other tables receiving special treatment for this, but nothing for us. Thank You

   Excellent over all, amazing atmosphere, got asked if I wanted a starter, but I hadn't looked at starters so I asked for one I knew was Italian, the waiter said yes even suggested the topping l, it then afterwards got told this was not on the menu. But apart from that can't fault the place

   Front desk and initial service were very good, but then it went downhill. Our starters arrived but for some bizarre reason the waiters decided to bring our main courses out to the table at the same time . What on earth were they thinking ! Were we expected to bolt our starters so quickly that the main courses were just slightly warm by the time that we tucked in to them ? Or just watch them get ever colder on the table in front of us ? They were duly sent back and were served a bit later on. Ordering a bottle of wine which became two glasses of wine instead was another slight issue. As for the food, well a seafood starter was satisfactory, although paprika overwhelmed the whole dish rather than being an accompanying flavour, and the Dover Sole was certainly fresh and nicely cooked. Overall the highs and lows averaged out to being just average.

   Greeted nicely by doorman, and in reception. Friendly and polite service at the bar while waiting for the rest of my party. great food with very friendly waiters. lovely vibe and really enjoyed entertaining my clients here.

   The food was amazing but we were pretty much ignored once our main course was served. We constantly had to ask to get any kind of service. The staff were very attentive at first but as the restaurant got busy that all stopped.

    Our experience at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! As a group, we visited for a get-together and were thoroughly impressed. The food was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience, from the entrance and bar area to our dining table was seamless. The team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional while maintaining a warm and personable touch. A special mention goes to Luciano, who truly made our night unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back!
