I’ve dined at this restaurant many times and always have enjoyed the service and the quality of food. I was a little leery that the reservation said Patio so when I called I was told it was enclosed and heated so I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. I was extremely disappointed with the heated patio experience. My feet were cold due to sitting outside with a cement floor underneath me. It was close to 32° out with wind, and there were gaps in the tent enclosure. The heat coming from above most likely would’ve been fine if it was 50° outside, but when it was close to 32° last night the patio should of been closed. The servers here were excellent and when the Serv came over to take a drink water, I asked her if she had any firewood and she actually thought that was a drink until I told her it is cold out here and I need something to warm me up. I ordered a very nice bottle of red to warm me up ….. basically it felt like I was in a tent which most likely would’ve been fine if it was 50° outside, but when it was close to 32° with wind, with gaps in the tent enclosure, the outdoor should’ve been closed. I left saying to myself. I can’t believe I spent that kind of money to sit outside. Management dropped the ball on this one. It’s an unfortunate cause there are many hard-working individuals at this restaurant and the chef is pretty talented .

Always a great experience. Food was excellent - including specials - drinks were tasty and service was friendly and attentive. It was a busy Saturday so the restaurant was pretty loud. It didn’t really take away from the experience though. That’s how good the food is!

Food was great as always, as was the service. The only issue was the table location, at the intersection of the front of the restaurant and the back. The hostess repeatedly banged into my husband’s chair while he was eating. I asked her to pay more attention, and while she agreed to our faces, she laughed when returning to her station. I get that it’s a small restaurant, but consideration of diners’ space and safety should be important. Jamming us in so tightly that my husband couldn’t eat without physical disruption definitely damaged the experience. If offered this table again, I’d decline and go elsewhere. We love Cibo Matto, but were really disappointed tonight.

Been coming here for years. Always a good meal. A notch above casual dining for sure. Definitely good to have a reservation.

We love this restaurant, but it was off last night. We sat down at 6:00 and they did not take our order for 20 minutes. The food was just ok. Veal parm was awesome, but the pasta was under cooked. Fish tacos were cold. It took so long to get the food it was not worth sending back. Wish we had just gotten app, drink and dessert. Those were the best part last night.
