   They’re back! After a ‘not that good anymore’ interlude, the eggs Benedict are once again on my list of the best in Austin. Ciclo is expensive but worth it.

   I'm sad that I'm just now finding out about this beautiful restaurant and also that I was so in the moment of our dinner that I failed to take one photo of a dish. :) Our server, Dennis, was spectacular. We sat in a cute little table for two, the ambiance was romantic and quiet, and the small team light on the table was perfect for the experience. Each dish that came out was beautiful and intentional. We shared each dish and started with the Tuna Tartare and the Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad. Both came with grilled focaccia that was done perfectly. For our main course we shared the Bone-In Ribeye which was okay but if we had it to do all over again, we likely would have gone all in on the Tomahawk Steak that we witnessed getting served to a number of tables that evening (the jealousy ensued). We also had a side of the Pork Belly Mac and Cheese and I know it is not a light dish by any stretch but somehow they made it taste light. Definitely will be going back!!

   Beautiful space with covered outside patio. I enjoyed the menu but was a little put off by the door blowing my menu off the table whenever the door opened. Overall, the service was prompt and good. From cocktails to apps to mains, everything was well prepared and tasty. I had the chicken and waffles (savory) and my sister had the pancakes. Delicious! Definitely try out this locale!

   The food wasn’t as fancy as the photos and they put too much seasoning on the ribeye. Imagine that, seasoning on a ribeye that’s not simply salt and pepper.

   Great garden/river view, food and ambience. I was a fan of its pre-2018 predecessor, TRIO. Ask for Edwin as your server. A class act and perfect waiter.
