   Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit Dear Cigar City Management, I hope this message finds you well. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed visiting your establishment over 20 times, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations. During my last visit, I noticed a decline in customer satisfaction that I believe warrants your attention. Firstly, the parking fee of $20 per vehicle after 10:30 PM seemed excessive, especially considering the nature of our visit. Upon entering, we were not greeted, despite having made reservations online. The club was not crowded, yet we were seated in the back, making it difficult to enjoy the entertainment. Additionally, the food served was not up to the standard I have come to expect; it should have been prepared better and served at least warm. The drinks from the bar were also disappointing, and I observed the bartender frequently leaving the bar to attend to tables, which affected service efficiency. When it came time to settle the bill, I noticed that the online reservation fees were not deducted, and it took some clarification on my part to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, the overall demeanor of the staff felt unprofessional and contributed to a less than enjoyable experience. I genuinely appreciate the atmosphere and offerings of Cigar City and have always looked forward to returning. I kindly ask that you consider improvements in staff training and service quality to enhance the experience for loyal patrons like myself. It would mean a lot to me to be able to enjoy future visits without these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.    I was charged $140 to make a reservation for someplace that was empty when we got there. I made the reservation about 10 minutes before I arrived, therefore I am sure they knew they would be empty. Secondly, they then charged me $260 on my bill but then did not take off the reservation fee. I was so appalled. I then had to wait around for 20 minutes for the manager to adjust my bill to reflect that I made a reservation in the first place. Then the place is old and smell like stale smoke. I cannot guarantee that I would return here. The only reason I went in the first place is because it was recommended. I had to let my friend know that this is definitely not someplace to recommend to people from out of town.

   Great atmosphere. Good food. Excellent service. And the cigar room is an added. Bonus to try out some new cigars.

   Best time ever! This is the spot for the 80/90’s grown folks vibes. We stayed until 1am and had no idea how much time flew by due to the fun and relaxing atmosphere. There are even happy hour meal options that didn’t disappoint.

   A bit disappointed that paid $70 for a reservation just to walk past empty tables that were vacant the entire time during our time there, just to sit in the back of the establishment. The band and atmosphere seemed very nice, but unfortunately due to our seating, we weren't able to take part of having a good time. We were often forgotten about as far as the waitresses. Overall the experience was okay. I'll go back, but next time I'll definitely be alone. I would hate to pay for a reservation again for me and my guest to see empty seats up front while we're in the very back. I would also add that maybe a bit more ventilation.

   The only problem I have is the ventilation needs to be improved the smoke is extreme in some of the sitting areas and it's a lot, had to walk outside twice. Other than this it was a good time, great music & vibe..
