   Server was nice but bar drinks were watered down. To get refills on regular drinks took too long. Food took over 45 mins to come out. When it did, food temp was warm and not hot. This restaurant could do much better for the money and quality of resort.

   I was nervous that the prices and quality might not be the best at a restaurant located within the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our bill was consistent with eating at any similar Mexican restaurant and the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was fantastic! He was so friendly, attentive, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at Kalahari.

   The service and food were both pretty terrible. Way overpriced for the quality of food, but I guess that’s what you get for low-tier resort food. Will never go back.

   Terrible, Eat anywhere but here. Food was not good and it took 2 hours to get our food. 2 hours! When it arrived some of it was cold. Worst restaurant.

   We got in quickly and the food was decent for a resort. Very expensive. Probably best to just DoorDash while you are at Kalahari.

   We had reservations for 7:45 to a relatively empty restaurant. We had to order my Red Bull and vodka 3x and never received it. And we waiting over an hour for food. Was highly disappointed.

   We waited an hour before asking where our food was. We also had to walk to the bar to refill our drinks. We finally asked our waiter about our food and it took him 10 minutes to come back and tell us that our ticket had gotten lost. He said he would put the ticket at the front and we asked for a manager. We finally had to ask another server for the manager, because he never got her. The manager finally came over and had no idea what was going on. She said she would go check. She came back and offered to call another restaurant in the hotel, because the chef told her he would not put our ticket ahead of the others.
