Food was average at best. General Tso’s chicken was prepared like a sweet & sour chicken. Not sure why. Music was too loud and too swanky. Service, while friendly, was slow and inattentive. Seemed that there was more interest in the appearance of the bar than in the quality of the food. I wanted to like this place, but was let down. Sorry, but I won’t be coming back unless they turn the kitchen around.

The food was just ok. Nothing bad, but we ordered a number of dishes from both the Chinese and Japanese’s offerings, and everything other than the rock shrimp, which was delicious, was well under seasoned.

We went for a Christmas party, I am not a big seafood eater and asked for the basil fillet mignon, my coworker proceeded to ask for the same thing medium rare. The waiter proceeded to say that it was already cooked…so they cooked it once and reheated it for us?! That’s exactly what it tasted like. The service was horrible, we wanted another drink and wasn’t able to get one and tried calling another server for it, they ignored us. The ambiance of the place was nice but there’s no point in just coming for that, left hungry and disappointed

Hit or miss...two visits...one visit all food awesome...second food not so great not even hot enough...drinks overpriced undersized but when food is awesome you seem to not mind but...I'd try again

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Had a 530 reservation this past Friday, upon walking in this very large restaurant, only two tables had anyone dining. Upon sitting down order drinks and appetizers, the appetizers arrived within five minutes I was kind of surprised how quickly they brought out the food. Within ordered our entrées, which came out within 10 minutes, by 6 o’clock we were done eating.. we commented about how quickly the food came out and the basically just laughed. The food was fairly decent. Nothing overly special, service was OK, but the overall experience in my opinion, just not worth it. The prices are pretty high, which I have no problem spending money on however, for a one hour dinner it simply is not worth it.. I most certainly will not be going back, just not a good value not a very nice experience, and there are a lot of other restaurants that provide a greater value at this price point

I was so excited to try this spot but it was truly a letdown. Extremely salty bok choy and vegetables, Dan Dan noodles where the noodles looked like boxed ones you’d see from a Ronzoni pasta box, a $48 half roasted duck that tasted overcooked and chewy, a flavorless sea bass, and the coup de grat, Chinese white rice with zero stickiness and a strange texture and flavor (at $3 a bowl no less). How this place has good reviews is beyond me and the $76 we each spent including tip was such a travesty. When some of the food tastes like it was reheated or microwaved, this does not say quality nor the egregious pricing for less than average service. We considered sending everything back since it truly ruined our night but instead chalked this up as a mistake we never will make again. I wish I had that money back for what we endured considering how much food we couldn’t finish based on all of the above.

The food was definitely tasty and large portions. Everything was hot and fresh, and the drinks were on point! I do think the ambiance and flashy style shown on social media is geared more towards the sushi items so i wish there was a bit more showmanship with the other meals. The servers weren’t very personable and rushed everything, with only a 2 minute gap between the appetizer and entree.. still great food!
