Welcome to Citi Terrace!

We are a unique and trendy restaurant, bar and lounge located in Canterbury, High Street. Our talented chefs have created a fusion menu with a twist, bringing you different tastes from around the world in every dish and for those with a sweet tooth, we bring you delicious desserts including cakes and ice cream.

Our executive drinks menu includes illy coffee and an array of cocktails prepared by our talented bartenders. To add to your experience, our outdoor Terrace is captivating and relaxing place to lounge and enjoy a shisha customised by you from our exclusive range of flavours. Join us at Citi Terrace for a truly memorable experience in Kent.

For bookings of groups larger than 15, you will be required to call the venue and also to confirm whether you will be dining with us and provide us with your pre-order.

Went for Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious - but we were sat right in front of the door - and waiters were going in and out of the door every 10 seconds which made it very cold. Our main courses took over an hour to come - the people both sides of us received their mains and deserts before we got our mains. The live DJ was good. Would go again in the summer for drinks but not in the winter and probably not for food.

Though the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food is great with great pricing, the service was poor. We were there for 2 hours and only had one round of drinks and we had to ask for food menus as no one was paying attention to our table/timings. Food took an extremely long time to come and we had to remind the staff that as it was a birthday celebration, we wanted the sparkler like another table, despite having put this on the booking. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn’t a satisfactory experience which was a shame because the venue and food was nice.

The service was lovely. The gentleman’s serving us was so attentive. We were worried the drinks would be slow, but he was on the ball and lovely!

Booked a table for my Daughter birthday. The service was excellent, one gentleman in particular whose name I did not catch but he was Turkish/Bulgarian accent and was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious… best Nachos I’ve had as someone who is GF, and the cocktails were fantastic! Music and atmosphere were refreshing and made it a wonderful afternoon. We will definitely be returning, thank you for a wonderful afternoon 😊🫶🏽

Table was right by the door other customers were complaining too. Got moved eventually Asked for a desert menu didn't get one. Had to go to the bar to pay as no one was coming over and we got left. Not a great experience won't be going again.

We booked a time slot but got there earlier and they fitted us in which was lovely. The only downside it was a very chilly day and we were right by the door and every time it opened it was freezing! But the food was lovely, we had the 3 plates for £26, the bar is well stocked for a great choice of cocktails. The staff are very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. There is a constant queue for the ladies as only 1 toilet! The restaurant has lovely a lovely modern feel and there is a covered terrace area outside which I’m sure in the summer is lovely. Enjoyed the music played.

Great bottomless brunch for 10 of our friends. Being a birthday they made it extra special! Giving the birthday girl a sparkler. Ordering a special drink with her photo on it. Food was delicious. Plenty of drinks flowing. Great Service.
