   We booked this for my daughter's 11th birthday and couldn't have been happier with the venue. The pizzas were delicious and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back again!

   Left disappointed again as they never had the Detroit style that’s the second time this has happened. They like to promote that pizza on the socials but never seems to be available and can’t understand why. Was very noisy due to a child’s birthday party was on but in fairness they were well behaved but just a bit to loud as we couldn’t hear the stuff when they were explaining the menu. As of the staff can’t fault them one bit so polite and very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

   I usually love a Civs visit but I was disappointed this time after visiting for a special occasion and they had ran out of two things we’d tried to order off the menu (mozzarella sticks and ice cream so no sundaes) and my slice wasn’t fresh, it has definitely been sitting there for a while. Not the usual experience when visiting.

   Initial server excellent and so polite, her manager wasn't. They were out of truffle fries, peach juice and mozzarella sticks; initial server clarified with her manager in front of us if this was correct and he just laughed and gave a sarcastic 'yup', she had to apologise after. Pizza was really nice and amazing size for money paid, cold though. Sides were 10/10, tasty, hot, good value. Any issues we had stemmed from it being late in the day, we went at 8pm so maybe go earlier than that so they have everything in stock/less busy. Overall really good might try one of the other locations.

   Great food and great service! Atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely return to Civerinos - stockbridge again!

   Civerinos is a great place. They have insanely good food, and each one has such a vibe that it's a must-visit.

   Service was a bit slow but the big problem was that for the second time in a row they had sold out of deep dish pizzas which is the whole reason we come. It was 4pm on a Saturday and you didn’t have any left for the whole day? If this is a recurring issue it seems like either a deliberate decision to get people to order regular pizzas or a stock management problem. Surely it’s not that hard to have the right amount of dough for what people want to order? Gnocchi was excellent tho

   The restaurant is well decorated and looked lovely however the food arrived at very different times and was stone cold which was a shame as it would’ve been nice if it was hot. One waitress brought a pizza over and had forgotten the tins to put it on, just swore and stormed off and fixed her problem. There was one really lovely waitress who served us for a lot of the night who cannot get enough praise she was the only saving grace of the experience, blonde-ish and smiley and lovely thank you so much we wish we’d got your name! She was really helpful and took some of our food to be reheated. Unfortunately, and again not really anyone’s fault, our pizza had a big bit of plastic on it. The whole meal took 2.5 hours to get in and out of the restaurant and after one thing after the other going wrong it was an almost comical ordeal. We appreciate that these things happen and it may have just been an off day so wouldn’t want this to be definitive as we’ve had good experiences at other civerinos before :(
