In addition to the saloon menu Claim Jumper offers a Steakhouse menu which includes USDA Prime steaks and premium house made shareable sides. Saturday evening service was very slow, even though there was still plenty of seating available. They seemed understaffed as our waiter was running around. Food was of good quality.

The food was good but they were terribly under staffed. They brought out the main course before they brought our appetizers and bread. Throughout the meal we were always waiting and they never cleared any plates off the table. By the end when we got our dessert they didn’t bring the full order and we had to stack plates in order to make room for the plate. We were going to hunt down the waitress to have it corrected and get water refill but it wasn’t worth waiting for. The food tasted great, just understaffed.
