Celebrated French chef Claude Bosi launched Claude Bosi at Bibendum back in 2017, with a ground-floor seafood and oyster bar and first-floor restaurant which is ‘unashamedly fine dining’, with the chef's signature contemporary and light-hearted flair.

The a la carte menu features some of his signature classics and the chef’s Michelin-starred alma matter, with ingredients sourced predominantly from the British Isles and France. The striking upstairs dining room with its dramatic and iconic floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows has been redesigned to house a larger central open kitchen. The light and airy dining room will feature the original Conran chairs with a soft colour palate of muted blues.

Fabulous building - really unique which gave a great ambience and environment. We started with drinks at the oyster bar - the service and quality levels were unmatched by any bar to date. The restaurant itself served the most delightful and intriguing flavour combination dishes, the staff were overwhelmingly attentive, knowledgeable and made our celebration experience all the more enjoyable. Cannot recommend this experience enough. Will visit again soon!

Phenomenal dining experience. Made my girlfriend’s birthday very special. From the small fine details, to the ‘wow’ moments from beginning to end was truly memorable. Thank you Claude Bosi and your incredible team for giving us an exceptional experience.

A truly elevated experience. The dining room is elegant yet cozy. The windows are original and works of art. The service is exceptional. A professional team of experienced waiters. The food was like nothing I have experienced in a very long time. Pure perfection. Each dish was creative, delicious and perfect in every way. It was all perfectly coordinated and flowed beautifully. The meal will be the highlight of my time in London for sure.

Easily comparable to a Michelin 3 star. Food was outstanding, service was impeccable and the ambiance was first class . This is a restaurant that we will return to, again and again.

I’m not sure many people attempt to dine with a two-year-old and a six-year-old, and I worried I’d miscalculated, but the staff and food were both superlative. Six-year-old was particularly thrilled by the chance to take a closer look at the kitchen. Class act all round. Thank you so very much for a memorable meal.

It was lovely presented, the service was amazing but the food itself was the a bit of a let down from what we expected from the restaurant and the cost itself. The amuse bouche, canapés, petit fours and desserts were lovely and tasty but the meat and fish dishes were little underwhelming for us compared to other Michelin/Rosette restaurants we didn’t get wowed by it, which was a shame.
