   Gio was very kind. I also met Claudio who was very welcoming. The overall experience was perfect for Valentine’s. I got the short rib with the potatoes and my date got the pasta alla vodka. We enjoyed our food. Service was quick as well

   We have a lovely time and delicious meal on Valentine’s Day. Claudio’s Table has become our new favorite — the food, drinks and service are superb, and the ambiance is really pleasing. It feels like a coveted, special neighborhood place (which it is) which you don’t get in many other areas of DC.

   Our meal from appetizers to entrees to desserts was exquisite. I’ve wanted to go to Claudio’s Table for a long time and we weren’t disappointed. It’s a real gem!

   Great food and service. Sat at bar- had fried artichokes salad, eggplant parmigiana and short ribs. Nice wine.

   Claudio's Table is an Italian restaurant in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, DC at 5441 MacArthur Blvd. It is owned by the fantastic Chef Claudio Pirollo, who also owns the French-Belgian bistro Et Voila. Claudio's Table serves great Italian cuisine, including pasta, meat, fish and pizza. I have eaten almost everything on the menu and love it all. The restaurant also has a great wine list and cocktails. Claudio's is known for its lively and cozy atmosphere. It is a very popular spot for lunch and dinner. We like sitting at the bar where you get to talk with patrons from the neighborhood and get fantastic service. Additionally at the bar, you can catch a glimpse of Chefs Claudio and Stephane preparing exquisite dishes. The staff provides excellent service with charm. The food is delicious!    We've been looking forward to returning to try the pizza - so glad we did! I was superb - Margharita + Mushrooms - excellent crust, perfect red sauce and ample cheese and mushrooms. Wonderfully attentive wait staff and great recommendation on the Italian red - we asked about 2 and the rec was spot on! Looking forward to returning while the short rib is still on the menu!

   One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in the DMV. The former Boat House would be very pleased with their successors, keeping up a tradition of great food, good value, great ambiance. A great eating experience.

    Claudio’s Table has become a staple in our dining out. It is so good, and reliably friendly in service and even clientele. We are constantly using it as a meeting place with friends. This evening the table was very focused on the fish options - the Arctic Char and Branzino. I had the eggplant parmigiana. We were all very happy, with our selections. The fried artichokes on the arugula is a great starter, but we also had to have the arancini -which never fail to disappoint. The St German Spritz’ were a great cocktail start for some of us, while the rest of the bar offerings satisfied everyone else. Finally, while not on the menu for after dinner drinks, I was glad to have asked if they had Averna, a bitter digestivo. They did, and we were able to enjoy that as well as some other options.
