The host was kind and helpful but was overwhelmed with the shortage of staff. The food came late and the drinks weren't good. The waiter who was also the bartender forgot a round and became confrontational with my boyfriend. It was weird and uncalled for. The host apologized and took our drinks off the bill.

The venue had a band playing and the volume was set extremely loud for late Sunday Afternoon so loud in fact it was hard to have a conversation with the person across from you. The food was perfect as always and service was on par. Only issue is they ran out of the salmon special with a couple of hours left to be open. Also make sure to dress for the weather as it was a little chilly on the water in mid October.

Drunk bar with patrons falling and yelling to hear each other. Not a family place

Front of the house was thoughtful and accomodating. Drinks were great . Appetizers were good! Dinner was just so so for the prices.

Had lunch at Claudio;s on the water with 2 other couples and had such a great time. The lobster rolls were fantastic along with the fries. The atmosphere overlooking the water with beautiful boats/ships and a band was wonderful. We had the best service with Vincent who was knowledgable and attentive to our needs. Thank You - can't wait to return.

Dined at Claudio’s Waterfront . Very limited menu. Very expensive for small portions. Food not up to par. Baked clams had very little taste . Chowder was good-probably the best on the menu. Fish and chips ok nothing special. Lobster roll not worth the price- better options in town. Overall skip the food and enjoy the view with a drink or two. Must pay to park.

What a great day at Claudio’s, Krush the band is incredible. That is the reason we decided to hold our party there to begin with , the outside seating area on the main deck right in front of the band was like having our own concert section. Our server did an outstanding job, we were having so much fun people kept trying to crash our private party to join us.🎉🎉😂 Great end of the summer bash. Thank you Claudio’s , will definitely be back for Krush next year.

Esperaba mucho más de lo que recibí. Muchas expectativas por sus redes sociales muy lejana a la realidad de su oferta. La respuesta fue que ya había acabado el verano. Una lobster mal cocida, una hamburguesa medium rare que llegó well done y quemada el fish and chips refrito y con pinta de congelado, lo único rescatable la atención del camarero. Vivo en New York trabajo en Manhattan de los lugares más caros que puedes encontrar y en comparativa calidad precio es demasiado caro para lo que te dan. Y para terminar cocktails en vasos descartables

We came here on Labor Day so I understand the restaurant is busy. We sat down and it took about 20 minutes for someone to come over to us. The waitress was extremely rude as soon as she walked over. Didn’t smile or say hi, just “what do you want to drink” when we ordered a second round of drinks she told my husband there’s no more Coronas, so she said what other beers we have and when he didn’t hear because it was very loud she said “I ALREADY TOLD YOU” - he then ordered a Stella which he asked if it was a bottle and she said “yea” she came back with a draft beer and he said no I didn’t want this. She grabbed it out of his hands and it almost spilled all over him. We asked when our food was coming since it was over an hour, she didn’t respond- just walked away. She then came back over and threw that check down on our table. We told her we did not eat and she picked it up and rolled her eyes. At that point we got the manager who was very nice and professional. He apologized numerous times to us. He then made sure our food was next to come out as she did not put our full order in. The waitress never came back to check on us after that. We are highly disappointed in her unprofessionalism. We are willing to give Claudio’s another try since the manager was so apologetic. As long as we don’t have that nasty waitress waiting on us.
