   Beautiful decor and food tasted so fresh! You can feel that they made the food with quality ingredients, the presentation of each dish was flawless. I’ll 100% be back

   I come to Clay for special occasions. Today was to say au revoir to a dear friend. We won't be seeing other for a couple of years. Making it memorable. We chose to order off the menu rather than Winterlicious because we both wanted the soup of the day.. miso with tofu and many scrumptious vegetables. The omelet was nicely stuffed with mushrooms and cheese. We chose to include bacon. And those fries :) Chocolate dessert and coffee. Gabe provided the exemplary service I have learned to expect at Clay. Then we took a walk around the Gallery. A perfect way to spend a Friday afternoon. Thank you ... til next time.

   Had a family member suggest Clay as a lunch spot and everything was amazing! The service was top notch, beautiful venue, and all the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Will be back!

   Host, Bar staff, our server Daniel and staff made our lunch a very enjoyable experience. Attentive, descriptive and delicious. Mains were great Fish & Chips / Omelette of the day & salad. Our latte & cappuccino were nice and hot but a tad bitter. The ambience is so nice at Clay, one of Toronto's gems. And of course houses in our fav museum The Gardiner Ceramic!

   Loved the Winterlicious menu especially the Crispy Tofu with fermented black beans. The vegan chocolate cake is also outstanding.

   The menu at Clay now has both popular items (hamburger, fish and chips) and creative gourmet items. It therefore is an excellent choice for a group because it offers a range of food choices. The service is excellent.

   Clay always meets my expectations. Starting with the friendly staff to the menu and cleanliness, and topped by the cozy ambiance. It is one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto. For me, the food as well as the staff can make or break a restaurant!

   This is a terrific dining room—lots of light and wood surfaces— excellent, welcoming staff and there noise level was better than in most other venues in town. We all enjoyed our meals and will certainly be back and strongly recommend Clay to friends.
