Clonakilla Cellar Door

Wine tastings are seated and complimentary, seven days a week.

Although not always necessary, bookings are highly recommended especially on weekends.

Groups are capped at eight people and tasting flights usually take an hour.
If you have a larger group, please contact the winery directly on 02 6227 5877

Our cellar door is the place to go if you'd like to have a taste of our current wines. You may even be able to try a few back vintage treats that are open. Never hurts to ask! Tastings are conducted seated around tables, at our bar or, if the weather is to your liking, outdoors on our patio area where you get clear views of our Riesling vineyards.

This is a daft system OpenTable. Had to give a food rating. This was a wine tasting. There was no food involved. Excellent wine tasting.

Clonakilla is a worthy vineyard to try a great Riesling and Shiraz (note there are other types but these are my favourites). All the wines border on the lighter side and offer a lot of up front taste. Only the Riesling, Shiraz and their Signature Shiraz offer a longer finish. This style is refreshing and subtle, also typical of the region. The hosts are always friendly and the ambience both inside and outside on the wrap around veranda are worth a trip. Note they do not offer any food, it’s tasting only

Amazing experience. The staff at Clonakilla were so professional, generous with their time and knowledgable about their product. Wines were impeccable and to hold free tastings is amazingly altruistic in this day. Great vibes, great ambience, great staff and great wines. Thanks.

Excellent wine tasting at the venue. Awesome Riesling, Viognier and Shiraz Viognier.

Clonakilla is situated in a stunning location with a modern and intimate decor. The wines are beautiful, the staff friendly and welcoming. I recommend this vineyard and its wines to all!

A memorable tasting of some of the best wines Australia has to offer. A shout out for the person hosting who was knowledgeable and welcoming.

Is a lovely winery to visit. Staff are excellent. Very knowable about the wines. Wine tasting space is excellent. Very warm and cosy. Would be made even better if cheese boards etc were available. Excellent. Will definitely go back again.
