Ein fantastischer Abend in einem traumhaften Ambiente. Einzigartiger Service der schon am Empfang einen guten Abend verspricht. Das Essen ist jeden Cent wert.

Der Service war nicht optimal. Das Restaurant war an dem Samstagabend nicht vollständig ausgebucht. Dennoch waren unsere Weingläser häufig leer und wir füllten selbst auf. Auf unseren Hauptgang haben wir sehr lange gewartet. Wir genießen gerne einen längeren Abend mit guten Gesprächen, aber dieses Warten war definitiv zu lang. Zwei Wochen vorher waren wir auch zum Essen bei euch. Da war der Service top!

As we were about to pay the waiter strongly “reminded” that tip was not included. Well - we know when and how to tip. But because of this “stupid” remark, we did not tip. Before we left the restaurant the waiter “attacked” us and ask why we did not tip! If the service wasn’t good enough….. This if not an ok way to “handle” customers. We spend almost €500 for 4 persons.

Es war alles hervorragend, das Essen war oberste Qualität und der Service war ausgesprochen kompetent. Wir hatten ein Platz am Fenster und konnten über die gesamte Reeperbahn gucken.

Location sehr schön, Preise viel zu teuer fürs das angebotene essen - man bezahlt die Aussicht! Aufzug dringend mal reinigen!

Auf der Karte im Internet ist die Speisekarte reichhaltiger. Es gibt kein Tomahawk Steak und keinen Hummer mehr. Sehr schade. Leider nur noch mittelmäßig.
